Internal pipe rehab

With an aging water infrastructure system, the need to repair, restore or replace pipe is a challenge that local governments and asset owners face every day.  Over time, pipe will age, requiring repair or rehabilitation.  Repairing and rehabilitating pipe can provide substantial savings over replacing existing structures. We deliver solutions that offer significant chemical, physical, environmental and economic advantages over traditional materials. Third-party tested and verified, our solutions are built to last, not only enhancing the strength of the rehabilitation, but saving costs on further repairs in the future.

GeoSpray™
GeoSprayTM geopolymer can be applied by pouring, placing, troweling, spraying, or centrifugal casting to almost any surface or shape, making it ideal for rehabilitating pipes, tunnels and containment areas. Unlike other cementitious mortars and grouts, GeoSpray geopolymer creates an integral nanopolymeric structure, facilitating the creation of a new structural pipe within the old pipe, resulting in improved performance and strength. This process requires no digging, virtually eliminating traffic delays, and is faster to install than many other repair or rehabilitation products.  The result is lower total installed costs than alternative methods, including SPR, CIPP, and Slipline.

GeoSpray™ AMS
The GeoSpray AMS™ system is a corrosion-resistant geopolymer solution with high flexural and bond strength that combines a specially formulated pretreatment with GeoSpray geopolymer. The system is then completed with the application of a proprietary glass-like post treatment that chemically bonds with and seals the GeoSpray surface. The system is designed to combat the effects of microbial-induced corrosion (MIC) that can be encountered in traditional sanitary sewer environments.

GeoPlug™
GeoPlug™ geopolymer is a rapid-setting water infiltration patch designed to fill quickly, plug and restore blemishes in host pipes to stop active flow of water until a structural repair can be completed. The GeoPlug system immediately stops leaks in corrugated metal pipe, precast concrete pipe, tanks, floors, wells, manholes, pump stations and similar structures.  A rapid-setting fill that expands into holes and cracks, GeoPlug geopolymer is a comprised of 98% post-industrial recycled materials and offers a cost-efficient solution when compared to chemical grouts.

GeoFuse™
GeoFuse™ coating material is an advanced elastomeric, acid-resistant solution that is designed to impart chemical resistance and self-healing properties to concrete and geopolymer surfaces.  The waterproof protective coating bonds to virtually any surface including brick, rock, concrete, metal or wood and is designed to extend the life of structures. GeoFuse coating material is specifically formulated to create a crystalline structure deep within the pores and capillary tracts of the host surface to prevent water penetration. The elastomeric nature of the material allows it to expand and contract with the base material. The GeoFuse material contains self-healing crystalline materials that are not only a permanent part of the chemical structure, but also continue to grow, thus sealing new cracks or pores as long as moisture is present.

GeoAer™
GeoAer geopolymer is a lightweight, aerated geopolymer cellular concrete, engineered to address the complexities of failing infrastructure. Uniformly distributed air voids within the geopolymer displace force and create unique geotechnical engineering options for building pads, road base, erosion control, void fill or geotechnical soil stabilization.  GeoAer geopolymer is ideally suited to replace unstable soils, ensuring stability of roadways, bridge ramps, buildings and other structures.  It is also a cost-effective backfill (annular grout) for tunnels, water lines and sewers and will reduce loads above underground structures. GeoAer geopolymer reduces soil loading while increasing compressive strength, shear strength and bearing capacity.  It is available in pervious or impervious formulations with densities engineered to the task from 25 to 90 lbs/ft3.

GeoRoc™
GeoRoc™ geopolymer is a high-performance fiber-reinforced mortar specifically designed for surface reinforcement and weathering protection of soils, rock and coal strata. This high-strength, ultra-low porosity material is made from natural mineral polymers and recycled industrial waste streams. It adheres to concrete, rock, soil or coal, creating a high-strength wall. Extremely high bonding characteristics, along with high compressive and flexural strength makes GeoRoc geopolymer resistant to failure or bending.  It is recommended for applications in civil works, mining, and oil and gas applications.
