Systèmes de mortiers géopolymères Milliken

Une approche novatrice pour la réhabilitation des infrastructures par géopolymères

 

Le géopolymère est à l'origine un terme inventé par le chercheur français Joseph Davidovits pour décrire une classe de matériaux céramiques formés à partir de silice et d’alumine. Les géopolymères sont connus pour fournir une performance physique améliorée par rapport aux liants hydrauliques traditionnels mais avec l’avantage supplémentaire d’avoir des émissions à effet de serre réduites de manière significative, une résistance au feu et une résistance chimique supérieure.

 

La technologie

 

Créer rapidement un nouveau chemisage à l’intérieur de l’ancienne conduite, avec le minimum de perturbations. Ce processus ne nécessite pas de creusement, ce qui élimine les gènes occasionnées et les bouchons de circulation sont réduits, ce qui élimine jusqu'à 90% des émissions de gaz à effet de serre.
